bought a 2013 Impala, very happy with car and buying process. only drawback and disappointed after getting car home found scratches in clear coat on hood. brought into service and dealt with Travis Fuchs and they tried to buff out but to no avail. Now have to have body shop try to wet sand to try to get scratches out. My belief is these scratches were caused by someone's carelessness when doing final detailing by dragging or setting something on top of hood. Have talked to Jeff Mosbaugh our salesman and Travis Fuchs and both said it would be fixed right which I know will be but still the whole process is a disappointment of having to go through this. Hello - yes I brought my 99 Chevy Suburban in for the scheduled oil change and checking of all the fluids, etc., We called on Friday of the previous week and brought it in on Monday morning 1st thing.
